Job Description

We are looking for an experienced accounts payable accountant who wants to become an important part of our business. As a bookkeeper, you will understand the importance of delivering on time, in good quality, and in cooperation with the other colleagues, so that everyone reaches the goal together.

You will be part of our down-to-earth working environment, where you get space and flexibility to create a healthy balance between work and private life. You will be given independent areas of responsibility with associated deadlines, which you will be responsible for, in cooperation with the rest of the team.

Your tasks will include:

  • Invoice processing in ExFlow
  • Handling individual manual invoices
  • Creation of new creditors
  • Bookkeeping of depreciation (e.g. cars)
  • Reconciliation of creditors
  • Reconciliation of vendor-related ledger accounts

Key qualifications:

  • Independent in accounts payable disciplines
  • Mature, independent, and proactive personality
  • Experience with reconciling all common accounting items
  • Experience with ERP systems (we use Dynamics AX)
  • Excel skills at a reasonable level (not a beginner)
  • English professional level
