We are seeking a biofoundry expert to join our team at DTU Biosustain and play a key role in the development of innovative automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory automation and experience working with liquid handling robots, including Agilent Bravo, Tecan fluent, Opentrons OT2, Labcyte Echo, Mantis, and QPix. They should also have excellent programming skills in Python and experience with project management tools.

Key Responsibilities
The biofoundry expert will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and maintaining automated liquid handling protocols on various robots
  • Developing and refining laboratory workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Providing technical expertise and training to researchers and technicians
  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring timely delivery
