We are seeking an experienced Energy Transition Project Manager/Engineer to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Markets team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the public and private sector in the delivery of technologies and systems to meet global and national net zero targets.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to engage with new and existing clients during the early phases of new projects.
- Manage and lead tenders through our stage gate approval process.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering input to tender documentation, leveraging from existing material and seeking opportunities for innovation.
- Coordinate with colleagues in the technical disciplines to prepare tender documentation and leverage from existing material to build the proposal.
- Maintain our database of standard proposal material in the Customer Relation Management system.
- Coordinate with the technical advisory team to standardize tender documents and deliverables.
- Ensure information flow from clients and markets is efficiently distributed within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, ideally in an engineering discipline, with a demonstrable understanding of relative engineering principles, and the ability to understand technical concepts.
- Previous relevant experience in proposal and bid management, preferably in the energy sector. Evidence of working within a large engineering consultancy will be highly regarded.
- Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with limited supervision.
