We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our Finance organization. The successful candidate will work closely with financial experts, system administrators, and technical colleagues across Trackunit, providing technical support for NetSuite users and resolving customization, workflows, and script-related problems.

About This Role
  • You will be responsible for EDI issue resolution with 3rd party EDI service vendors, assisting users in creating advanced Saved Searches, Dashboards, KPIs, and Reports, logging issues, and coordinating issue resolution with our 3rd party NetSuite support partner.
  • You will contribute to maintaining NetSuite through system updates, bundle updates, and monitoring system performance.
  • You will manage user roles and permissions and create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations.

A strong understanding of business systems, APIs, and EDI is essential for this role. Experience connecting NetSuite to internal & external applications, utilizing APIs and EDI, and basic knowledge of SuiteScripts are required.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and time management abilities, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.
