Backend Infrastructure Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of backup, archive, storage, compute, network, and cloud technologies, along with hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure environments. Proven experience in vendor management is essential, including establishing and maintaining effective partnerships, negotiating contracts, and managing performance.
This role involves proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues, developing strategies for continuous improvement, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Security and Infrastructure Operations. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing infrastructure changes and releases, monitoring capacity and performance trends, and enforcing security policies.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in an outsourced IT environment.
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
