- Lead the development of a product innovation roadmap that addresses future customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and lead ideation workshops, hackathons, and R&D initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in media, publishing and broadcasting, technology, including AI, machine learning, and digital experience and provide insights and recommendations for the development of future-ready solutions and services.
- Work closely with Stibo DX's partners to identify and implement joint innovation initiatives.
- Lead innovation projects from idea to implementation.
