Supply Chain Innovation Lead

Job Description
">We're looking for a Supply Chain Innovation Lead to help us drive forward-thinking solutions and shape the future of our supply chain architecture. As part of the Supply Chain Management team, you'll work closely with senior management to ensure our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the supply chain, aligning with the company's overall vision.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Lead high-impact projects to optimize supply chain performance, leveraging data analytics and industry expertise.
- Design and implement new supply chain solutions to meet evolving business needs, staying ahead of market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate supply chain strategies and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
">- A deep understanding of supply chain principles and practices, with experience in leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
