B2B E-commerce Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kaffe & Kaffe Curve. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our B2B platform, working closely with our marketing and sales departments to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for our B2B market
• Optimize and administer our online B2B sales channel
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience
• Plan, design, and analyze newsletters for our B2B market
• Coordinate with our sales and marketing departments to ensure a cohesive e-commerce strategy
• Develop and implement E-commerce strategies for our B2B market
• Drive and optimize B2B platform performance and user experience
• Responsible for B2B content and its replacement in accordance with the brand's DNA and collection focus areas
• Responsible for planning annual calendars for campaigns and newsletters
• Analyze data and report on sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior

Requirements

• Relevant education with a focus on online trade, digital platforms, and communication
• Experience from a similar position and preferably within the B2B segment and/or fashion industry (B2C experience is also relevant)
• Open, structured, and service-oriented team player who functions well in a busy and changing workday, where you can get your messages across in a constructive way
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to take decisions
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
• Knowledge of Navision is an advantage but not a requirement
