Alpha Solutions er et førende konsulenthus med fokus på digitale løsninger inden for e-commerce, salg, service og marketing. Vi er ca. 60 medarbejdere på vores kontor på Gothersgade i København, hvor du også vil få din daglige gang. Vi har et positivt og socialt arbejdsmiljø, hvor der er plads til at være sig selv og frihed til at strukturere sin egen arbejdsdag.
Rollen indebærer strategisk og resultatorienteret udvikling af kunderne, forretningsanalyser, rådgivning og håndtering af komplekse kundeforløb. Hvis du har et kommercielt mindset og brænder for tætte og varige kunderelationer, vil denne stilling være perfekt for dig.
Din rolleSom forretningskonsulent i Alpha Solutions skal du kunne rådgive vores kunder og opdyrke nye forretningsmuligheder på deres vegne. Du er analytisk stærk og besidder et huntergen, som driver dig fremad. Din spidskompetence er at sætte dig i kundens sted, forstå deres forretning og formulere digitale initiativer, der øger deres konkurrenceevne. I tillæg dertil har du flair og interesse for teknologi.
Vi arbejder hurtigt og iterativt. Du bygger bro mellem forretning og IT og samarbejder derfor med en række stakeholdere, både internt og eksternt. Du skal derfor trives i et omskifteligt miljø med store krav til skarp kommunikation til de mange typer stakeholdere.
Dine opgaver- Salg og rådgivning til din kundeportefølje om digital transformation, altså have fokus på kundens resultatmål og forretningsudvikling.
- At styrke vores salgsarbejde og opdyrke nye kunder.
- Skab og vedligehold relationer med kundens vigtigste stakeholders.
- Opbygning og udvikling af nye kunderelationer i egen kundeportefølje.
- At udvikle koncepter og best practices til kunderne.
- At være en fikser, der hurtigt og effektivt kan hjælpe kunderne på vej i mange slags situationer.
- Samarbejde med leveranceteams for at skabe succesfulde implementeringer og udvikle nye forretningsinitiativer.
- Du har stærke evner inden for salg og præsentationer.
- Du sætter pris på at udføre fortløbende rådgivning og digital strategiudvikling.
- Du lægger en dyd i at skabe de rette kunde- og brugerrejser.
- Du har tidligere arbejdet med for eksempel rådgivning, e-commerce, markedsføring, marketing automation enten som konsulent eller i et internt team.
- Du har drive og motivation i forhold til både B2B og B2C.
- Du har 3-5 års erfaring med at rådgive beslutningstagere enten internt eller som konsulent.
