This Senior Category Lead position offers ample opportunities for personal and professional development. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and possess a strategic mindset and ability to quickly understand different business models and industry dynamics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Secure efficient and robust category management, both short and long term, for commercial supply chain within logistics and distribution.
  • Collaborate with International Operations Commercial Supply Chain team to strategize, implement, and support global sourcing activities, negotiations, and partnerships.
  • Act as cross-functional strategic link between global/local and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drive value beyond savings by providing supply chain procurement subject matter expertise and strategic advice.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge about logistics & distribution, particularly in pharma or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Structured, independent, and able to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
