We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, for this exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will join our leadership team as Senior Manager, Design, overseeing a department of 17 engineers and designers at two locations. With 15 direct reports, including two managers, you will be responsible for daily management and setting direction for the team.

This role offers great potential for personal development and leadership growth, as you will be responsible for your own projects, people management, and high-level stakeholder engagement.

You will be part of a globally diverse company with over 60 nationalities, reporting directly to the SVP of Engineering & Manufacturing.

1. Lead a department of 17 engineers and designers.
2. Collaborate across Welltec with peer functions and global areas.
3. Own and manage technical projects through all development phases.
4. Provide guidance and input in your specific expert areas across the organization.
5. Create strategies for process improvements and drive implementation with the leadership team.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Project management experience, leading or playing a central role in driving projects.
• People leader experience, leading a team with a focus on implementing improvements and developing people and teams.
• Strong presence and people skills.
• A broad range of experience from different companies.
