The Responsible Engineer will lead change management records for new equipment, support project scoping, installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, as well as provide input on risk assessments. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead change management records for new equipment and through release of equipment to users.
- Support project in scoping installation, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
- Provide input and/or drive risk assessments as required.
- Perform equipment walkdowns and participate in mechanical completion.
- Support SAT and Commissioning including reviewing documentation and supporting/troubleshooting as part of the performing team.
- Setting up schedules for calibration and maintenance for process equipment.
- Review validation protocols and support commissioning and validation testing.
- Troubleshoot during testing, validation, and commercial manufacturing activities.
