About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Lead to join our Global Clinical Development organization at Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in bridging the clinical parts of our matrix organization, driving clinical development programs, and ensuring alignment of execution strategies, program standards, and knowledge across clinical trials within a program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to Clinical Development sub-teams, ensuring effective planning and decision-making for global clinical development.
  2. Clinical Development Planning: Develop and manage clinical development plans, including overall budgets and timelines, to ensure high-quality resource and budget forecasting.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring a continuous flow of information to stakeholders and driving buy-in across functions within our project matrix organization.
  4. Project Management: Support Clinical Project Managers in ensuring that all trials are executed according to the approved development strategy, timelines, and budget.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas or tasks with optimization potential within the clinical area and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Clinical Development Experience: Strong experience in clinical development, including project management and stakeholder management.
  2. Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of regulatory requirements and their application to clinical development.
  3. Project Management Skills: Proven project management experience, including management of global partnerships.
  4. Education: University degree in natural science.
