Green Dealflow is a leading player in the sustainable energy sector, and we are currently seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial evaluations, transaction management, and client support. They will be responsible for leading complex transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and assessing the financial viability of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Evaluation: Conduct thorough financial analyses of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
  2. Transaction Management: Oversee transactions from inception to closure, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  3. Client Support: Provide proactive and responsive support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the transaction process.
  4. Project Assessment: Critically evaluate project proposals, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  5. Sales Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, effectively communicating project value and potential returns.
  6. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the renewable energy sector.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant educational background: MSc. Economics & Business Administration or similar.
  2. Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
  3. Experience with transactions involving utility-scale solar, wind, or battery storage projects.
  4. Understanding of the balance between investors and developers/engineers.
