About the Role

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary tender teams from pre-qualification to contract award and handover to the Operations department. This will involve prioritizing tasks, meeting customer and company demands, and delivering high-quality tenders within tight deadlines.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal experts, engineers, production units, planners, and installation experts. You will also be responsible for presenting solutions to customers, leading negotiations, and further developing our extensive network of contacts.

To thrive in this position, you must be a driven and independent individual who can provide excellent team leadership. You should be able to coach and motivate your project team, encouraging them to continually develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for all aspects of the tender process, from start to finish
  • Drive multidisciplinary tender teams to meet customer requirements and expectations
  • Deliver high-quality tenders, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Lead negotiations with customers and drive sales strategy activities in alignment with management
