Store Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance by delivering total customer satisfaction, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- To assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- To maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain store display standards.
- To perform other duties as required by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements for Success:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Show a passion for retail, sales, and customer interaction.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and situations.
- Maintain high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to deliver exceptional results.
- Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Show flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
