Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Development Engineer to join our team at Visiana, a company dedicated to creating innovative medical software solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our flagship medical software solution, BoneXpert. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in working with international standards and medical devices.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and modernization of our medical software solution using .NET technologies (C#, WPF, Windows Forms).
  • Improve architectural documentation and contribute to the redesign of key software modules.
  • Replace legacy components with updated technologies and ensure seamless integration with external tools.
Requirements
  • Education in Software Engineering or similar.
  • Experience with .NET technologies, unit testing, and automated deployments (Azure DevOps / TFS).
  • Knowledge of international standards such as IEC 62304 and medical devices (DICOM, HL7, XML).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
