About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System (QMS) Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a QMS Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving quality initiatives and projects that will maintain and optimize our high standards of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement GMP projects across the organization to improve processes and enhance project management skills.
  • Guide the maintenance, updates, and improvements of the current QMS processes while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Promote simplicity and cross-site harmonization across the organization, Product Supply, and other relevant areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to set the strategic direction of QMS and other relevant initiatives.
Requirements
  • An academic degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biopharmaceutics, or related fields.
  • Relevant work experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry within QMS, Quality Assurance, production, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in driving or participating in projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
  • A strong quality-oriented, proactive, pragmatic mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong stakeholder management skills are also essential.

The department is responsible for delivering support of the highest possible quality to the organization and maintaining/developing the Quality Management System by ensuring efficiency and applicability in our QMS processes.
