As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be assigned tasks by the floor leader in duty
  • Maintenance of merchandise receiving and stocking
  • Demonstrating expertise in driving sales
  • Ensuring a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner at all times
  • Providing a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
  • Safely and efficiently operating the store stockroom, assisting in the receiving of merchandise, maintaining the stockroom to LBR standards, knowing and abiding by all safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations
  • You will typically be responsible for store operational tasks in duty
