Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Danish division, driving growth and success in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping the company's vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing your strategy, leading the Danish expansion, being responsible for the Danish profit & loss and overall operations, rapidly building a large and value-adding pool of partners, developing and leading a top-notch team, finding and attracting the best investment cases, leading end-to-end investment deals, representing CVX at events, and reporting into the CEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, high drive, and a sense of urgency. You should have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments. Additionally, you should be proactive, take ownership of everything you do, have a deep interest in venture capital and start-up space, and be people-oriented with the ability to bring people together. You must also be able to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level, win the trust of business leaders, and demonstrate outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
