The LEGO Group is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our gaming team. As a key member of our Experiential team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering creators and developers within the LEGO ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creator programs that align with strategic objectives, driving engagement and growth within the community.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with creators and developers, providing exceptional support and feedback to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Organize events and activities to engage and inspire the creator community, including online and offline initiatives.
  • Analyze industry trends and provide valuable insights to inform future initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance creator engagement and drive business success.
About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic and creative environment. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while building strong relationships with creators and developers.
