About Your Role

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most value from Mobaro's solutions. This includes managing and growing relationships with existing clients, conducting hands-on implementation and onboarding of new customers, and fostering long-term relationships. Key tasks include:

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Conducting hands-on implementation and onboarding of new customers to maximize system utilization.
  • Responding to support tickets from customers via our Help Center.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' unique needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities and driving upsell initiatives.
  • Representing Mobaro at industry events in EMEA, strengthening our presence in the attractions sector.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role within SaaS, with a strong understanding of the attractions industry and its unique workflows and challenges.
