This role involves overseeing frontend infrastructure operations, collaborating with external partners for optimal results, and managing components like Intune and SCCM. As a key member of our IT team, you'll act as the primary liaison between STARK GROUP IT and our external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and exceeding expectations.

STARK GROUP is responsible for delivering groupwide business-critical IT solutions. We strive to modernise and reimagine the IT landscape to ensure both scalability and composability to meet existing and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing frontend infrastructure operations and collaborating with external partners.
- Overseeing and ensuring the flawless operation of our entire frontend infrastructure in an outsourced environment.
- Maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of services.
- Acting as the primary contact for external infrastructure and security vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing components like Intune and SCCM.
- Strong grasp of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, change, and release management.
