Unique Human Capital A/S is seeking a Product Director to lead the success of its products. This newly created role emphasizes a strong focus on the product life cycle, ensuring that each stage, from development to market introduction and eventual phase-out, is strategically managed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working in a pre-sales or technical product marketing environment, preferably focusing on Electronic Warfare (EW), EW operations or End-user sales in a similar industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business cases to guarantee a solid ROI, building a small team of product managers to take responsibility for product families, and engaging in active communication with key strategic customers and partners.

The role requires outstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as innovative but logical problem-solving abilities with a solution and market orientation.
