• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with hospital laboratories across Denmark
• Ensuring seamless support and guidance to help laboratories achieve better patient outcomes
• Handling contractual business and interacting with lab management teams and regional procurement
• Collaborating with colleagues in Service, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience
