About the Role

We're seeking a talented Concept Lead to join our LEGO Design team in Billund, Denmark. As a key member of our creative team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of LEGO experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualization: Develop compelling play experiences aligned with LEGO's vision, inspiring the team to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Leadership: Encourage the team, make strategic decisions, and foster a collaborative environment among designers and engineers.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to ensure relevant and appealing LEGO concepts.

We're a creative team of nearly 600 Creatives, dedicated to innovating within constraints to deliver unique LEGO experiences. Our mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. We value the power of play and creativity.
