The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation and benefits frameworks and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a transparent and fair pay structure, conducting market research, and creating competitive packages that adhere to labor laws and regulations.
You will work closely with vendors, maintain coherence across global benefits programs, and ensure accurate, real-time data in our people system.
Additionally, you will continuously evaluate and enhance benefits programs, providing effective communication of benefits to our employees.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Specialist with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, including designing and implementing pay structures and salary review processes in a global scale-up environment.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and salary/benefits management tools is essential. A proactive, curious approach to compensation, eager to leverage AI and explore new methodologies, with the ability to build business cases and drive strategic initiatives.
A strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, hands-on experience with people systems, and a commitment to data accuracy and detailed reporting are required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to deliver results with accountability and a growth mindset are expected.
