We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Data Manager to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our Clinical Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality management of clinical data across multiple trials.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical data management strategies and plans
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases and data collection systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Genmab SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
- Develop and implement data validation plans and strategies to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Provide training and support to trial teams on data management best practices and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science or computer science
- 5-8+ years of experience in clinical data management, with a strong background in biotech/pharma industry
- Experience with clinical trials, drug development, and data management systems
- Strong knowledge of GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our team
- You have a strong understanding of clinical data management principles and practices
