We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Expert Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence for Health and Safety, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation of strategy into action in our global operations.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance on health and safety matters, including risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective solutions to address health and safety challenges across our global operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, business units, and expansion projects. You will also work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.

Your expertise will be invaluable in driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance across the organization. You will identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them, ensuring that we maintain a world-class health and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective health and safety practices are embedded in all aspects of our operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on health and safety matters, including risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, production teams, and business unit leaders.
