Merchant Ads Business Manager

Wolt is a leading local commerce platform in several markets across Europe and Asia, making it easy for customers to discover and get what they want. We are embarking on an exciting journey to build one of the most important Retail Media ecosystems in the 25 countries we operate.
Job Description:We are seeking a Merchant Ads Business Manager to lead our growth effort in driving additional revenue for both Wolt and our restaurant and retail partners. The successful candidate will shape the local Merchant Ads strategy in close collaboration with account management and promotions teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement local strategies to drive revenue growth for our restaurant and retail ads business.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
- Train account managers and promotion associates in product knowledge and client engagement techniques.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and operations to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Maintain insight on product roadmap and utilize product development on an operational basis.
- Analyse sales and campaign performance, present findings to management, and suggest improvement or adjustments as needed.
- Track competitor advertising strategies and adjust own strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management in relevant industries (advertising sales, restaurants, retail) with a proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior executives and clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth through partnerships or ads.
