Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Welcome guests and handle all aspects of front desk operations.
  2. Ensure a seamless guest experience through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  3. Monitor security cameras and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  5. Prepare daily reports and provide a detailed handover to the morning team.
  6. Sustainably reduce energy consumption and waste during night operations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to optimize hotel operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and software.
