Our Asset Management department is looking for a Senior O&M Engineer with experience in maintenance management and execution within maintenance organizations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance strategies for various technical assets, leading and managing projects, and conducting technical assessments and developing maintenance plans and tasks.

We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving abilities, risk assessment, systematic approach, flexibility, and the capacity to take on various roles within projects. Proficiency in English is a must; Danish is nice to have. Initiative, ambition, quality consciousness, and a positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers are essential personal traits for this role.
