We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Saxo Bank A/S. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and control processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing risk-based audit programs to evaluate the effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and control processes.
- Conducting audit work to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations to strengthen controls and address risks.
- Presenting findings and preparing written reports for stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
- Following up on recommendations to ensure that identified risks are addressed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in an audit or compliance function.
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
