Lundbeck A/S, H is seeking a talented Power BI Specialist - Business Intelligence Team to join our Business Intelligence team. As a Power BI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, as well as advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also have solid communication and collaboration skills and be able to oversee multiple assignments simultaneously and work on their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Advise the business on how to create data insights and implement best practices for data visualization and analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create data models and establish connections to various data sources.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
  • Establish and maintain standards for Power BI development and usage across the organization.
  • Enable and promote self-service BI capabilities, empowering users to create their own reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

About the Team:

Our Business Intelligence team is part of Lundbeck's new Data and Analytics department in Global IT, which currently consists of approximately 25 data, software, and AI engineers. We are on a mission to provide innovative solutions to the whole of Lundbeck, focusing on unlocking the value of our data and creating data-driven insights.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capable of overseeing multiple assignments simultaneously and working on one's own initiative.
