Emissions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Emissions Specialist to join our Scrubber Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service visits for non-MEP scrubber emission sensors.

As an Emissions Specialist, you will work closely with our marine scrubber systems, providing expert technical support and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.

You will be based in Denmark, where you will receive comprehensive training on our scrubber systems and become proficient in their operation and maintenance.

• Manage service visits for non-MEP scrubber emission sensors
• Provide expert technical support to customers
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve profitable outcomes
• Process orders within our ERP system and arrange shipment to customers' preferred locations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Familiarity with systems such as MARSICK300 gas analyzer, ABB GAA330-M gas analyzer, and HACK Sensors Wash Water analyzers
• Relevant technical education
• Customer communication experience, particularly via email and phone
• Order handling experience in an ERP system
• Previous experience in the maritime industry is beneficial, though it will be covered during onboarding if not present
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages like Danish, German, or Spanish are a plus
