Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Category Leader to oversee our Communication and Security category across all Solar markets.

As a Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive category strategy that drives profitable growth and enhances the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, technical know-how, and leadership experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and excellence.

About the Role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by driving strategic initiatives and making data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including Market Managers and Sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong business acumen and technical know-how
  • Leadership experience combined with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of computer skills, especially within Excel
  • English on business level (reading and writing)

What We Offer:
