Job Description

The Principal Product Manager will lead the Customer Acquisition & Retention and AI teams, focusing on growth efforts. This position requires strong leadership presence, technical expertise, and extensive experience in product management.

  • Lead product execution for AI & Customer Acquisition and Retention, aligning with company vision and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze A/B test results and align them with business outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product priorities and decisions.
  • Simplify complex problems and present clear, actionable solutions.
  • Execute in a fast-paced environment, pushing engineering teams for optimal performance.
  • Foster a high-impact team, ensuring excellence in PM frameworks, artifacts, and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to understand feedback and discuss trade-offs.
  • Act as an expert in data gathering, analysis, and experimentation to make decisions and recommendations.
