About Your Role

Drive Sustainability at GlobalConnect A/S

As the ESG Reporting Lead at GlobalConnect A/S, you will play a key role in advancing our ESG reporting efforts and implementing CSRD reporting based on the DMA we have conducted. You will engage with teams across the Nordics, both virtually and in-person, to collect relevant ESG data and compile it into reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Enhance our ESG reporting processes based on data-gap analyses and improve documentation and data quality to meet external audit requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our ESG reporting aligns with the company's objectives and external standards.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with colleagues to collect and ensure the high quality and control of data, including collaboration with auditors.
  • Reporting: Lead ESG reporting efforts, including reporting to SBTi and other relevant stakeholders, and be responsible for planning to ensure alignment with the CSRD, CSDDD, and EU Taxonomy Regulation.
Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Sustainability, Economics, Auditing, or Data Management, with proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language.
  • 3-7 years of experience with sustainability and ESG reporting.
  • Strong skills in systematic data work, with a high degree of attention to detail and project management.
  • Experience managing larger and complex projects involving stakeholders across large organizations.
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality, bringing a positive and ambitious mindset into our team and your work.
