About the Role: As an HSE Professional at Aalborg Portland A/S, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications requirements related to production and sales of cement both on the domestic and European market.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and maintenance of our integrated management system
  • System requirements for quality, energy, environmental and occupational health and safety management, including:
    • System infrastructure
    • Monitoring adequacy and Group compliance of our Policies
    • Targets/KPIs (monitoring and measuring)
    • Non-conformance system
    • Facilitate Management Review quarterly
    • Planning and coordination of certifications and audits, both internal and external
    • Facilitate external certification audits
    • Conducting internal audits
    • Ensure follow up on audits and non-conformance handling
    • Ensure that all legal requirements are evaluated, and level of implementation assessed

About You:

  • You hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • It's an advantage if you are a Lead Auditor in one or more of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 standards.
  • You have strong knowledge on integrated management systems.
  • You preferably are a super user in SPS.
  • You have experience with audits.
  • You are known for a systematic approach and ensure that tasks are followed through and completed on time.
  • You have proficient communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and oral.
  • Familiar with Windows Office 365.
