About the Team

The Credit Analytics Transformation Anchoring team consists of highly skilled professionals located in Copenhagen and Vilnius. We are responsible for implementing new IRB models developed in the programme. This involves analysing complex issues to find solutions for impacted business processes from both technical and organisational perspectives.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams, including Risk Tribe (IT), Business Customers, LC&I, and Personal Customers. Your excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management will enable you to drive meaningful change across the organisation.

  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder management plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive programme success.
  • Communicate complex topics in a simple manner.
  • Lead implementation risk assessments and ensure successful programme delivery.
