About the Role:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our accounting team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure correct booking of payments
- Perform designated month-end reconciliations and close the Accounts Receivable module
- Book credit card and travel expenses, as well as code external invoices in our invoice handling system
- Review and approve weekly payments, initiate miscellaneous payments, and conduct supplier due diligence according to internal requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting and knowledge of debit/credit principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and oral) and preferably Danish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
