Junior Professor of Archaeology and Urban Studies

We are seeking an outstanding research fellow in urban history and archaeology to join our team at the Social Resilience Lab. As a research fellow, you will be responsible for conducting research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and publishing research findings in top-tier academic journals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and analyzing large-scale archaeological and historical data sets.
- Developing and implementing novel methods for data analysis and visualization.
- Collaborating with our research team to design and conduct studies on urban resilience and social complexity.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in archaeology, history, or a related field and extensive experience in handling large datasets. You should be proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL and have a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
