About the Role

We are seeking an experienced people leader to join our team as a Site Manager for Wind Farm Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the wind farm project from start to completion, working closely with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules
  • Maintain high levels of safety and quality performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in leading leaders or project managers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
