Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HSE Heidelberg Sverige AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services and that their equipment is maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs within your area of expertise
• Assist with pre-installation visits, equipment installation, and customer demos
• Provide sales support in customer dealings and specify/validate configurations
• Check quotations and orders, prepare final acceptance tests, and aid in sales of service contracts and equipment
• Carry out customer job tests, participate in local product launches, and assume project leadership roles when required
• Stay updated on product, company, and industry information

Requirements
• Recognized engineering qualification (BTEC or City & Guilds) with electrical, mechanical, and computer-based engineering skills
• Experience working on commercial equipment in a production environment, both alone and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, IT, and customer liaison skills
• Technical knowledge of the press industry and equipment, PC/MAC knowledge, and good English skills
