We are seeking an experienced Equipment Coordinator Lead to join our team at Ørsted. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tools and equipment management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of tools and equipment to meet project demands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of tools and equipment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and re-certification of tools and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of tooling data, documentation, and re-certification records in the Tools Management System (TMS).
  • Provide technical support to operational business on standard tooling-related matters.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate transports between warehouse and external maintenance and re-certification partners.
