Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial fermentation, preferably with scale-up expertise

  • Proven ability in leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on experimental design and data interpretation
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
