About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and self-directed Marketing Director to join our team and help drive the adoption of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will work closely with the CMO and the engineering team to set product positioning and strategy, define and direct our go-to-market, drive product launches and shape the perception of our solution.

You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader in the whistleblower software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help form our product marketing function from scratch
  • Own our positioning, customer understanding, and product understanding
  • Become an expert in communicating efficiently about our offering across use cases and segments
  • Manage a key part of the marketing organization over time
  • Help form and execute on our GTM motions
  • Plan and prioritize with stakeholders from the different departments

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience in product marketing roles within SaaS
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You know what high-quality looks like and expect it from your colleagues
  • You are able to take charge and responsibility for key areas of the marketing deliveries
  • You have an in-depth understanding of positioning, customer research, and efficient external communication
  • You are used to working with stakeholders to accomplish business results
  • Professional fluency in English
