Your role as a Product Design Lead will be pivotal in shaping our partner-facing products. You'll mentor and guide a team of product designers, collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design is at the forefront of every product lifecycle stage.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Develop Your Team: Manage a small group of product designers, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive Design Projects: Oversee the end-to-end design process for your product area, from initial research and concepting to final implementation and ongoing iteration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, Product Analysts, and other teams to align on priorities, share insights, and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Maintain and Evolve Design Standards: Help refine and promote a consistent design system across TGTG, ensuring visual and interaction patterns scale across different platforms and markets.
- Facilitate User-Centric Thinking: Advocate for users' needs by integrating research, data, and feedback into design decisions that delight and engage.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate design rationale effectively to senior leaders and peers, building alignment on priorities and ensuring that design goals are integrated into product roadmaps.
- Set and Track Goals: Create measurable objectives for the design team, monitor progress, and celebrate successes.
- Contribute to a Strong Culture: Model and reinforce our values, promoting inclusion, collaboration, and excellence within your team and across the organization.
