HSE Strategist

We are committed to health, safety, and environmental excellence at Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk. As a Senior HSE Manager - Warehousing, you will play a critical role in shaping our HSE strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HSE management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, depot processes, and international HSE regulations. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and training programs, conducting risk assessments and audits, and collaborating with regional leaders and auditors to ensure effective HSE practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant master's degree, minimum 10 years of experience in HSE, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience managing company HSSE standards and processes, knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and proficiency in legislative writing.
