Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Specialist to join our team at Trustpilot A/S in Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end testing of Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways to ensure seamless integration and functionality across our systems. The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end processes, identify and resolve issues, and deliver test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce software Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, as well as Zuora and payment gateways, to verify functionality, data integrity, and system integration.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system requirements and business processes.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user requirements and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools like Jira and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide testing updates and gather feedback.
  • Maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing testing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with a focus on end-to-end testing and UAT.
  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways, such as GoCardless and Stripe.
  • Full understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
